Grain Sewing were founded in 1930 was set up by the directors with many 1930s joint experience in the textile. The business started by supplying fusing presses, industrial sewing machines, steam irons and pressing equipment, cloth cutting machines and equipment and domestic sewing machines to the textile industry, then to the trade in general. The emphasis of the business then diversified in to supply toyota embroidery machines reconditioned sewing machines, brother sewing machines, sewing machine hire and sewing machine parts. Today, the Grain Sewing Machines can supply a wide range of sewing machine parts, used secondhand rental, overlock lockstitch, export exporters and janome fusing equipment. Whilst most of the products are for cloth cutting machines and equipment, i.e. steam irons and pressing equipment and cloth cutting machines and equipment, the Grain Sewing Machines now supplies a wide range of fusing presses , such as industrial sewing machines, domestic sewing machines and toyota embroidery machines. The main markets that Grain Sewing supply to are cloth cutting machines and equipment hospitality for the textile industry.
Established in 1930 E.L.Grain Sewing Machines Ltd is now one of the largest independent dealers within the UK.
We are main Brother agents, Toyota Embroidery machine distributors, and importers
of Siruba machines and parts. E.L.Grain are also agents for most other major
manufactures including Pegasus, Juki,Yamato, Kansai, Mitsubishi, Durkopp Adler,
